Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using our car lift rental and DIY garage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms
Our car lifts and garage facilities are available for rent to individuals aged 18 and older with a valid ID. All renters must sign a liability waiver and acknowledge they are responsible for following safety guidelines provided by Hayden Mechanics.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings require a credit card on file. A $30 down payment is taken when making a reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a $30 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the first hour of their rental.

3. Safety and Usage Requirements
Hayden Mechanics personnel will load your car safely and operate the lifts for you during your booking. Renters are responsible for using the rented equipment safely and following all provided instructions. Failure to do so may result in termination of rental privileges without refund. Hayden Mechanics Community reserves the right to inspect rented equipment at any time to ensure compliance with safety standards.

4. Liability Waiver
By using our facilities, you agree to release Hayden Mechanics, its employees, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your rental period. You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment or facilities due to improper use.

5. Damage to Property
Any damage to the car lift, tools, or other property caused during your rental period will be your financial responsibility. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to you as determined by Hayden Mechanics Community.

7. Changes to Terms
Hayden Mechanics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these modifications.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kootenai County, Idaho.

9. Waste Disposal Policy
At Hayden Mechanics, we strive to maintain a clean and sustainable environment for all customers and staff.
- A $5 fee will be charged for disposal of waste materials left behind at our facility, per item or 5-gallons of liquid waste.
- You may avoid the $5 fee by taking your waste with you when you leave.
- The fee applies to large vehicle parts that do not fit in the provided trash can, oil deposited into our catcher cans, and radiator, brake, or transmission fluid.
- The $5 fee is charged at the end of your booking per car if you leave waste behind for disposal.
- Customers are encouraged to use reusable containers, bags, or other methods to minimize waste generation.
